Users should independently verify any information before making decisions.

3. Payment Terms

Reports are priced at $12.99 per report (or less with credit packs). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@parcela.pro with your order details within 30 days of purchase and we will process it promptly.

The information provided in Parcela reports is derived from various public government and third-party data sources. Parcela LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data obtained from these external sources.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Parcela LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Parcela LLC's website, even if Parcela LLC or a Parcela LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
